Chrissy is the Principal of Ruder Group and has been with RG for over 12 years. She is passionate about the design industry, and brings over 16 years of experience, in both furniture and architectural product sales to her leadership role. Chrissy is excited about the opportunity to craft the future of RG 2.0! She lives with her husband, son and dog, Doc, in Chicago.
Katey Spicer

Katey brings over 16 years of experience to her role at RG. She has spent the last 9 years developing the A&D team at a local dealership as well leading marketing efforts, sales, and project execution. She is a valued resource in the industry. Katey lives with her husband, two young boys and their dog, Otis, in the west suburbs.

Brad has a background in fine arts and brings that creativity to his work with the A&D community. As Partner in the Contract Furniture division of RG, Brad offers extensive product knowledge and unparalleled customer service. Brad lives in the suburbs with his husband and their toy poodle, Dolly.

Alyssia covers the states of WI and MN for the Rüder Group. Prior to joining RG, she practiced interior design which has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of the industry. She is the Co-Director of Milwaukee City Center on the IIDA Board and she resides in Milwaukee with her husband, daughter and their pup, Nash!
Carrie Hahn

Carrie has over 17 years of experience as an interior designer in both New York and Chicago. Carrie also worked as a corporate account manager for a furniture dealer in Chicago prior to joining manufacturer sales in 2017. Carrie's breadth of knowledge and experience make her an invaluable member of our team. Carrie lives in the city with her husband, two boys and dogs, Neenu and Winnie.

Cedric has been with RG for over 11 years and has been an intregral part of the growth of the company. He provides insight, direction and technical support to projects at any phase. Cedric is a true resource to his team members and our clients. Cedric, his wife, two children and their dogs, Pedro and Stanley, live in Beverly.

Jaclyn is an interior designer by trade and brings both design and sales experience to her Project Manager role at RG. A rare balance of creativity and organization, makes her the perfect fit to service our A&D, dealer and contractor clients. She lives with her boyfriend and dog, Benny.
